Dr. Preethi Jeyaraman

Dr. Preethi Jeyaraman is an experienced Clinical Hematologist at the Burjeel Cancer Institute, bringing extensive expertise from her training and clinical practice in India. She completed her MBBS in 2010, followed by an MD in Internal Medicine in 2014, and later earned a DM in Clinical Hematology in 2017, all from India. With over 8 years of dedicated experience in hematology, Dr. Preethi has been actively involved in comprehensive patient care across both outpatient and inpatient settings. Her clinical expertise includes patient counseling in OPD, management of critically ill hematology inpatients, performance of various hematological procedures, and accurate maintenance of hospital and clinical records. She has also contributed significantly to academic medicine, with multiple scientific publications to her credit. Throughout her career, Dr. Preethi has held several key roles, including Junior Resident, Clinical Observer, and Assistant Professor in Medical Oncology, reflecting her strong academic and teaching background. Prior to joining the Burjeel group, she worked as a Consultant in Hematology and Bone Marrow Transplant at a renowned hospital in India.
