SHA was born from a deeply personal journey. Its founder, Alfredo Bataller Parietti, struggled with health problems for more than 30 years until he restored his wellbeing through integrative medicine—combining proper nutrition, natural therapies, and the latest advances in western medicine. Amazed by the life-changing results, and with the support of his family, he felt compelled to share this knowledge with others. Thus, SHA was created: a unique concept that unites scientific innovation and natural therapies to help people live healthier, longer, and more fulfilling lives.
