Education & International Training Dr Ng graduated from the Faculty of Medicine at the National University of Singapore. He completed his basic and advanced specialty training in surgery before being awarded the Health Manpower Development Plan (HMDP) fellowship. Through this award, he underwent a 2-year advanced neurosurgical fellowship at Addenbrooke’s Hospital, United Kingdom, where he served as Chief Resident of the Neurosurgical Unit.
